Return Policy
At Yoni Angels, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. Our return policy for herbs, tea, and sanitary napkins is designed to align with Google’s community standards, prioritizing health, safety, and quality assurance. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
General Return Guidelines
Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used due to health and hygiene concerns.
Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Specific Item Guidelines
Herbs:
Condition: Must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Exclusions: Opened or tampered packages are not eligible for return.
Tea:
Condition: Must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
Exclusions: Any packages that have been opened or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return.
Sanitary Napkins:
Condition: Must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used packages of sanitary napkins.
Process for Returning Items
Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at angel@yoniangels.net or Customer 614-507-3353 to initiate a return, Please text first. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
Shipping: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and in compliance with health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used herbs, tea, or sanitary napkins.
Items without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
Items not purchased directly from Yoni Angels.
