Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I steam if I have an IUD or on Birth control?
Steaming with an IUD inserted is NOT RECOMMENDED. The detoxing and cleansing effect the herbs have on the body has a potential to dislodge the IUD. Being on hormonal birth control such as the pill, the shot, the patch etc is okay to steam.
